News on 167 The Roundway

We are excited to announce the arrival of five new modular homes on site. This is part of our programme to provide supported housing for vulnerable groups in our borough who need help in their homes for a variety of reasons. In October 2021, we became the first borough in London to deliver new modular housing for residents with a history of homelessness and rough sleeping. The new single-storey homes at 167 The Roundway is an important part of our plan to make a real difference to residents’ lives. It will also lead to improvements to the local environment for all residents through site clearance new green landscaping and tree planting surrounding.
